CLUB PHILOSOPHY
Above all, youth soccer coaching is a privilege; an opportunity granted to a small number of individuals tasked with teaching the tactical and technical facets of a game to a child. We are entrusted with the responsibility of exhibiting and reinforcing ideas and behaviors that will enhance the character of the athlete as a person, and a player.
It is NTSC’s responsibility to organize and provide athletes with a growth-oriented program in which the objective is to help each individual realize and achieve their potential as an athlete and prepare them for high school play.
NTSC is dedicated to teaching the highest level of excellence in all facets of soccer and the personal growth of our athletes.
Proud to call the Roca Soccer Training Complex home
As our club continues to evolve, the need for dedicated practice facilities has become increasingly evident. We are delighted to announce that we have a long-term agreement with the Village of Roca, with the space situated south / southeast of the existing baseball field.
Spanning an area of approx. 3.4 acres, the Roca Soccer Training Complex is designed to serve as the focal point for our club's training activities. The layout has been carefully crafted to meet the needs of all our teams. It features two full-size fields catering to U13 and older players, offering ample room for skill refinement. Additionally, we have designated two smaller fields for U12 and younger players, creating an environment tailored to their growth and learning.
